Christian Counselling & Mental Health
Faith-informed support for singles, couples, and everyone in between.
Dating is beautiful — but it is also hard. Whether you are healing from a past relationship, navigating a new one, or wrestling with something deeper, Kingdom Dating gives you access to trained Christian counsellors and mental-health professionals who understand both the emotional and the spiritual side of life.
Who this is for
- Singles processing past hurt, working on personal growth, or preparing themselves for a healthy relationship.
- Couples at any stage — dating, courting, engaged, or married — who want a wise, prayerful voice in their corner.
- Anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, family stress, or a season of spiritual dryness.
What we offer
- 1-on-1 counselling sessions with a licensed Christian counsellor — in-person in Nairobi or online anywhere in the world.
- Couples counselling — pre-marital, relational, and marriage preparation from a biblical perspective.
- Mental-health support — clinical psychology services for anxiety, depression, and trauma, delivered with respect for your faith.
- Group discussion topics — moderated in-app spaces where you can process life with other believers.
- Prayer support — you can request that our counselling team pray with you or over a specific situation.
How to book a session
- Open the Kingdom Dating app and go to the Counselling tab.
- Tap Request a session and briefly describe what you'd like to talk about.
- Choose your preferred format — in-person, video call, or voice call.
- A member of the counselling team will contact you within one business day to confirm a time.
If you prefer to reach out directly, email us at kingdomdating31@gmail.com with the subject line "Counselling request".
Confidentiality
Everything you share with our counsellors is strictly confidential. Session content is never shared with other users, your matches, or any third party without your explicit consent — except in the limited situations required by law (e.g. imminent risk to yourself or others).
Cost
We believe cost should never be a barrier to getting help. Sessions are offered at a subsidised rate, with a limited number of free sessions each month for users who cannot afford to pay. When you book, our team will discuss options with you privately.
In an emergency
Our counselling service is not an emergency line. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then reach out to us for follow-up support.
